1. Program Duration

The fellowship is a structured 8-week program. Participants are expected to remain engaged throughout the program.

2. Active Participation

Participants must actively participate in scheduled sessions, activities, projects, challenges and other program requirements.

3. Individual Responsibility

Every participant is individually responsible for completing the assigned activities and meeting the program requirements.

4. Project Teams

Participants may be placed in project teams. Every team member must actively and meaningfully participate and complete the program individually. Completion by one team member does not qualify other members for a certificate.

5. Project Contribution

Each participant must make a meaningful contribution to their assigned project and may be required to demonstrate their individual contribution.

6. Attendance & Deliverables

Participants are expected to maintain regular attendance and complete assigned tasks, submissions and deliverables within the specified timelines.

7. Certificate of Completion

The phaiAI Fellowship Completion Certificate is issued only after successful completion of the program requirements. Registration or payment alone does not guarantee a certificate.

8. Evaluation

phaiAI may evaluate participation, project contribution, assignments, assessments, presentations and overall engagement before confirming completion.

9. Professional Conduct

Participants must maintain respectful and professional behaviour with fellow participants, mentors and the phaiAI team.

10. Originality & Responsible AI Use

Participants must submit their own work and appropriately use AI tools where permitted. Plagiarism, misrepresentation or submitting someone else's work may result in disqualification.

11. Program Changes & Completion Decision

phaiAI may reasonably modify schedules, activities or delivery formats. phaiAI's decision regarding an individual's successful completion and certificate eligibility will be final.
